The 12th District includes all of Elk county, the eastern half of Chautauqua county (including all of Sedan), and the northwest portion of Montgomery county (including all of Independence). The 12th District is an area of expanding industry, growing small businesses, productive farms and ranches, quality education, and rich natural beauty.
